Old Cat David Rogers Relives School History with Year 1
Yesterday, as part of our global learning question, ‘Where am I?’, Year 1 had a visit from Mr David Rogers. Mr Rogers taught at Caterham school for many years and had many roles within the school including House Master, Boarding Master and Maths teacher. He even taught Ms Brown, Mrs Cox and Ms Veysey! The children were mesmerised by his stories about the school in the past and listened intently, with excellent concentration. They had previously prepared questions as part of their learning about question words.
Thank you so much to Mr Rogers, whose passion for the school is so very evident.
