U8 Medal Winners at Prep Tournament

The Under 8 A Football team finished off their maiden football season at the Prep School with great success at the Caterham Football Tournament.  The boys have made such wonderful progress this term and their determination to play a passing game is to be applauded.  Caterham qualified from their group comfortably but met a very strong and physical Elmhurst team in the semi-final.  The boys’ determination paid off earing a very well deserved 1-0 victory.  The final proved to be a step too far as the boys lost to a very skillful Hilden Grange side but the boys can be very proud of their season.

A special mention should go to our Caterham B team who also played in the tournament playing against all the other schools A teams.  The boys acquitted themselves admirably and can be very proud of their efforts in how they represented the school.
