Reception Celebrate Chinese New Year

This week, our Reception children have embraced the excitement of Chinese New Year! They’ve been learning all about the traditions and stories behind the zodiac animals, discovering how each year got its animal name.

The children have enjoyed a variety of activities, from reading and exploring ancient stories to creating their own beautiful, twirling snakes to celebrate the Year of the Snake. It’s been a fun-filled week of creativity, learning, and celebration!
