Creative Maths
This term, Year 6 children have been working hard to create their own maths board games. After carefully planning out their chosen design, they set to work on constructing it – this included their boards (2D or even 3D in some cases), question cards and the player pieces. Last Friday, Year 5 children were invited to test out their games, having a lot of fun and even learning a few things along the way. They voted for their favourite game and this was revealed to Year 6 in the final assembly of the year.
