Football Fixture Focus

The U8s continue to work hard on the football pitch and had a fixture with Hawthorns on Tuesday, there was strong running on the As, but they couldn’t quite convert all their goal opportunities and lost out 1-3. The Bs came out victorious with a 3-1 win, and the C’s had a well matched game drawing 0-0.  The U10s travelled to Lingfield on Wednesday afternoon and had a fantastic afternoon, great teamwork on both pitches with the A team winning 2-1 and the Bs 6-0. The U9s rounded off the week against Micklefield, the As won 4-1 and the B’s missed out 1-2 but played a more dominant second half.  Well done everyone.  Next week, The U8s host RSM, the U10s travel to the Reigate Festival and the U9s face Aberdour.
