Recognising Achievement with Star Points

Recognising Achievement with Star Points

In Years 3-6 pupils have been busy earning star points to recognise achievement in all aspects of school life.  Stars are issued by adults for many positive reasons such as showing kindness, being helpful, participating fully in class lessons, improvements in work outcomes, to recognise excellent effort in homework tasks and generally going above and beyond expectations across all areas of school life.

This year we have decided to announce a winning House for each term in each year group.  The results were as follows:

Year 3 – Pilgrims

Year 4 – Foxburrow

Year 5 – Pilgrims

Year 6 – Foxburrow

The totals were very close, particularly in Years 4 and 5, with Viewpoint only narrowing missing out.  Congratulations to the winning House groups!
